More, better downtown housing options

Young, single, upwardly-mobile professionals are abundant in Central Arkansas; however, there are very few updated/modern yet affordable housing options for us in downtown Little Rock. I propose a mixed used development w condos in the $175-200k range, a grocery store like Whole Foods, restaurants, coffee shop, dry cleaning, drug store, etc somewhere in the Rivermarket or Main St areas. This would provide a much needed work-and-live option for a demographic that can help the downtown area thrive. Most young professional Arkansans cannot afford Rivermarket Tower and 300 Third.
