Campaign: What do you think should be central Arkansas' top priorities?

Ability to handle winter weather better...

Imagine Central Arkansas actually being able to handle snow/ice better by placing snow plows on the front of more city vehicles whenever winter weather in forecast - also imagine us knowing how to drive better in it....

Shared Spaces

I imagine Central Arkansas being full of great human-centric towns and cities, with walkable cores and neighborhoods. I imagine these towns and neighborhoods being full of shared spaces. Stop historically protecting entire districts

Personally, I think having a 'historic district' does more harm than good. I understand the motivation - you do not want it bulldozed to make way for a strip mall. I agree, I don't want to see downtown Conway or downtown Little Rock flattened and turned into Generic-Suburbia-USATown.
